Chairman & President

As chairman and president of Oxford Consulting Group, Inc., a leading information technology firm servicing clients through the United States, Michelle Kerr leads the daily business operations in addition to developing and overseeing the company’s growth strategy and development initiatives. Since co-founding Oxford Consulting Group in 1998, Kerr has been responsible for all aspects of the business at one time or another. During her more than 12 years of IT consulting and management experience, Kerr has supported more than 60 Fortune 2000 organizations develop and execute on global IT strategies.

Adam Heeter
Chief Executive Officer

Adam Heeter is chief executive officer of Oxford Consulting Group. Since joining Oxford in 2003, Heeter has been instrumental in building a professional services organization with over 100 professionals across the United States. With over 10 years of experience in technology and consulting, Heeter manages all Oxford business units and functional disciplines including sales and client delivery. Heeter has played a central role in Oxford’s dramatic growth.

Chris Halvorson

As Director, Business Integration, Chris Halvorson is responsible for the growth and direction of Oxford’s largest consulting practice. Halvorson leads a team of specialized sales, engagement managers and consultants focused on bringing world class integration solutions to today’s Fortune 1000 companies.

Chad Mead
Director, IT Professional Services

As Director, IT Professional Services, Chad Mead is responsible for the growth and direction of Oxford’s IT Professional Services. Mead leads a large team of Senior Sales and Recruiting professionals servicing Commercial Clients and Government Agencies in the region.

Lori Angalich
Vice President of Marketing

As Vice President of Marketing, Lori leads all aspects of marketing including marketing strategy, Web and interactive marketing, demand generation, social media, and sales and partner enablement. Lori brings over 15 years of business-to-business technology marketing and sales experience to Oxford.

Chad Hooker
Senior Director, Supply Chain Solutions

As Senior Director, Supply Chain Solutions Chad contributes to Oxford's growing supply chain practice by helping companies build solutions for enhancing order capture and fulfillment capabilities, optimize business processes across their supply chains, and improve the customer’s buying experience across all channels.

Richards brings his unique blend of technical expertise in a wide variety of business systems and technologies, including EDI, eCommerce, SAP and QAD, together with his extensive experience in managing project implementation teams to Oxford Consulting Group’s business integration customers worldwide.

Andrew Engelbert
Director, IT Risk Management & CISO

As Director, Infrastructure and IT Risk Management, Andrew Engelbert is responsible for the ongoing development and growth of Oxford’s Infrastructure and IT Risk Management practices. Engelbert is accountable for a team of highly specialized engagement managers and consultants within two critical sectors of IT – Infrastructure and Risk Management.
