The Mississippi National Guard recently admitted the personal information of about 3,000 members was inadvertently posted online and remained there for more than a month.Names, Social Security numbers, home and cell phone numbers of National Guard soldiers were uploaded by accident on September 10, according to Colonel Tim Powell. The University of North Florida reported a data breach when someone outside the United States hacked its server and accessed students’ names, Social Security numbers and dates of birth.The breach occurred some time between September 24 and September 29.
