    Michelle KerrAs chairman and president of Oxford Consulting Group, Michelle Kerr leads the daily business operations in addition to developing and overseeing the company’s growth strategy and development initiatives.Since co-founding Oxford Consulting Group in 1998, Kerr has been responsible for all aspects of the business at one time or another. During her more than 12 years of IT consulting and management experience, Michelle has supported more than 60 Fortune 2000 organizations develop and execute on global IT strategies.

    In 2004, Michelle led and successfully completed the sale of Oxford’s QAD integration practice to QAD, Inc (QADI) a $290 million global provider of enterprise software and services. As part of the sale, Michelle set up and managed a global business unit for QAD concentrating on the European market as well as leveraging the Oxford Consulting Group acquisition. Prior to founding Oxford Consulting Group, Michelle spent several years of her career working in global financial operations for Procter & Gamble.

    She holds a B.A. in finance and accounting from Miami University.Michelle is a member of the Women’s Presidents Organization, Women for Economic and leadership Development (WELD) and National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). She has been recognized as one of the “Forty Under Forty” leaders to watch by Business First and has consistently been ranked in the Smart Business Magazine Power 100, Central Ohio leaders who make things happen. In 2010, Michelle received the inaugural CVS Caremark Good Samaritan Award during the 2010 Pillar Awards for Community Service and was honored as a WELD 2010 “Woman You Should Know”. Most recently she was invited to the White House to discuss economic recovery and job creation efforts.

    Michelle believes that each of us has a social, cultural, ethical responsibility to the communities in with we live and work. She is a board member and Vice President of Development for Amethyst, Inc., a non-profit organization that provides long term addiction and mental health treatment, integrated with affordable housing, to women and families. She is on the board of the Small Business Council for the Columbus Chamber where she is also Vice Chair of the Professional Development Committee and most recently was elected to a three year term to the Columbus Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. She is on the advisory board of Bad Girl Ventures and a member of the American Heart Association’s Circle of Red. Through Oxford Consulting Group and personally, Kerr supports Franklin County Children’s Services, A Kid Again, Children’s Hunger Alliance and Nationwide Children’s Hospital to name a few.
